Sash: made of 6mm thick toughened glass, its handle is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel

Sash slide way: pressured by PP plate, it has smooth surface and little frictional resistance

Sash mechanical system: has nylon guide pulleys and ball and roller bearing. The max lift of the wire rope can reach to 150kg.

Exhaust hood: hot melted by PP. The cover was developed to have excellent chemical-resistance and anti high temperature. The shape of its section accord with aerodynamics theory.

Lighting: a fluorescent light. The light is installed on the top panel of interior which is separated by explosion-proof glass in order not to directly contact with air inside the fume hood.

Lampshade: made of the finest 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel and didn’t fixed to the top plate of the fume hood.

Under bench: made of 18mm thick melamine board.
